• Assisting with the application process.
• Keeping you informed about the status of your application.
• Sending the completed E-ticket to you via email.

Please note:

• All personal data provided must be accurate and complete. Ensure any errors are corrected before payment, as the submitted documents must match the information provided.

Our service is limited to sending the completed E-ticket to you via email and we bear no responsibility for any subsequent issues related to client email systems or delivery problems.

• You must be an adult with the legal capacity to enter into contracts, or a parent/legal guardian applying on behalf of a minor.
• Provide accurate personal information and choose the specific assistance services you need.
• Accept our Terms and Conditions and complete the payment process.

Costs:

The costs for the Electronic Ticket (e-Ticket) for entering and leaving the Dominican Republic and related services are listed on our home page and payment page. The price for arrival document  is 21.30 USD and price for bough ways is 36.60 USD. While fees may change without prior notice, any changes will not affect current customers.

Payments:

We accept various payment methods as specified on our website. Please use only the approved methods to avoid any payment issues. By confirming your payment, you assert ownership of the payment card and authorize us to process the transaction.

Technical Means for Correcting Errors:
