How to fill your Dominican Republic e-Ticket online?

If you are a member of a group, you need to submit application form for each group member. One application form is available for 5 person. If your group is more then 5 you can fill up more then one application form. You can use one email address for all application forms

Review and Submit:
Review the information you have entered to ensure it is accurate. Once you are sure everything is correct, submit the form.

Make payment:
You can make your payment with a credit card or through PayPal or After your successful payment you will receive payment conformation for 21,30 USD/36.60 USD for service to complete Dominican Republic e-Ticket online.

Receive Your QR Code:
After submitting the form and make payment, you will receive a QR code within 1 hour via email.
